These Terms govern your use of RoamLore (the "App"), operated by RoamLore ("we," "us"), based in British Columbia, Canada. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
RoamLore is a general-audience educational app and is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age required by your local law, such as 16 in parts of the EU/EEA). By using the App, you confirm you meet this minimum age.
2. Your account
You can use RoamLore anonymously, or sign in with Google or Apple to save your progress to an account. When you create an account you choose a display name ("handle"), which is required. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to violate any law.
4. Content and intellectual property
The App's quizzes, text, images, characters, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial learning. Any content you save for yourself remains yours.
5. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account and its data from within the App at any time, or by contacting support@monogatari.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
